MEET RALPH
Greater Lowell Technical High School Committee Member & Candidate for Re-Election
Ralph Hogan is a lifelong Lowell resident, a graduate of Lowell Public Schools, and a proud University of Massachusetts Lowell graduate, Class of 1994.
His commitment to the community spans decades, including 18 years with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management, 10 years with the City of Lowell’s Department of Planning and Development, and five years as a math intervention teacher with the Lowell School Department. He also served eight years on the Lowell Conservation Commission.
As the owner of Hogan Homes and a licensed Massachusetts contractor, Ralph brings 35 years of experience as a residential builder.
Ralph previously served on the Greater Lowell Technical High School Committee from 2000 to 2008 and was reelected in 2022. With 12 years of school committee experience, he remains dedicated to supporting students, strengthening technical education, and serving the Greater Lowell community.
